Norton’s Park features ample parking, toilets, undercover BBQ area, dog agility area with obstacles including large sand pit. There are several dog water areas offering clean water. Lots of shade, a dam/pond. It’s not fully fenced but has natural barriers away from roads.

It’s a huge area so it’s easy to stay away from other dogs if your dog is timid. Leading off Nortons Park are many stunning bushwalks to nearby Napier Park (also off leash) and also Jell’s Park, which is not off leash but has Madeline’s, a dog-friendly cafe with outside seating and water bowls for dogs. Sunsets rarely disappoint at Norton’s and there’s abundant bird life.
