THE EXPERIENCE
Gym Beach lies immediately north of the national park boundary, and is accessible along a 3 km road off the Marion Bay road, with a car park at the southern end. The 1.2 km long beach faces northwest and receives waves averaging 0.5 m, increasing slightly up the beach.
Dogs are welcome off leash on all beaches in Yorke Peninsula (except in National Parks).
