8. Cafe Oratnek

Located next to the dog friendly Prince Alfred Park, Cafe Oratnek is a great place to stop for a coffee with your pup. Dogs are always welcome at the partly covered outdoor seating area.

Dog Friendly Parks

9. Prince Alfred Park

This 24h dog park has a large central grass area dedicated for an off lead play. As the locals would tell you, it gets crazy with heaps of wagging tails between 4.30pm-6pm so don’t miss the action. Side of the off lead area is protected from the sun by massive trees, which is great for those hot summer days.

10. Redfern Park

Timeshare dog park located in the heart of Redfern right next door to many dog friendly pubs such as The Redfern and The Tudor Hotel. Park is relatively small but large enough for smaller dogs to run around and even the larger ones to have a little wrestle. There is an off leash area next to the oval and at the front of the park and plenty of shade for the warmer summer days!
